Multi-Base Bead Frame

The Multi-Base Bead Frame follows the child’s work with the Small and Large Bead Frames and the Flat Bead Frame. This material allows the child to explore numbers beyond base 10, up through base 16, and to work with addition, subtraction, and multiplication in these bases. Working with the Multi-Base Bead Frame, the child practices recording, reading, and exchanging quantities, and gains a further understanding of place value and the different number relationships.
