- Creating an account is very easy. Just click “Login” in the top of your screen and choose to create a new account. Fill in your details and you are all set.
- 2 Where can I change my personal details?
- Go to “Login” in the top of your screen. You can change personal details in your account.
- 3 Can I login with my old Heutink account?
- No, unfortunately this is not possible. We kindly ask you to register a new webshop account. See above explanation how to create a new account.
- 4 I forgot my password, how can I login?
- No problem, we will send you a new one. Click here to reset your password.
- 5 I am having difficulties placing an order. Can someone assist me?

- 7 From which countries can I order through this webshop?
- You can order from all European countries.
- 8 Do you also ship materials to countries outside the EU?
- Basically, materials can be forwarded to any country in the world by Heutink International or our local distributor.
- 9 What will be the delivery time if I order online?
- Orders will be sent within 3 – 5 working days. (Currently a bit more time is needed to get the order sent than you are used from us)
- 10 How much does delivery cost?
- The shipping charges depend on country of destination. The shipping charges will be stated while finalizing your order in the payment section.
- 11 What is your policy with regard to return shipment if I am not completely satisfied with my web order purchase?
- Please contact us by e-mail: info@heutink.com. After receipt of our approval and return form, you can return the material. Refund will only take place when the material we receive is undamaged and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- 12 What is de country of origin of my product?
- The main part of our Montessori-assortment is produced in Sri Lanka. Our Educo products are produced in China. The Jegro products come from The Netherlands. Finally, our Arts & Crafts assortment is outsourced. We work together with the best and renowned suppliers of arts & crafts materials.
- 13 As wholesaler I am interested in your products. Who do I contact?
