The participants can lodge in the Hotel Seeblick. We are pleased to be able to offer all lectures and conferences in the hotel. As it was the case last year, we also ask for your co-operation in the matter of room assignments.

Included in the conference fee of € 360,00 is

• Attendance at lectures and participation in workshops
• Conference lectures
• Certificate of participation
• Bus transfers

With room and board in the hotel is included

• Two overnights with two days of full pension (2x breakfasts, 2x lunch, 2x coffee, 2x dinner buffet), in the break coffee and cake. Drinks during lunch and dinner are not included.
• Price per person for a single room: one night € 100,00, two nights € 161,00
• Price per person for a double or multi-bed room: one night € 90,00; two nights € 151,00

No refunds can be offered for non-participation in any events. Extras have to be paid separately.

Travel arrangements

At the arrival day a shuttle bus between the hotel and the railroad station in Bad Endorf will operate continuously between 12:00 am and 2:30 pm in cycles of approximately 30 minutes.
Earlier arrivals before the beginning of the conference as well as late departures after the conference end are also possible. However these arrangements should be booked personally with the hotel: www.hotel-seeblick-pelham.de, Tel.: +49(0)8053-309-0. Would you not find the bus please phone the Hotel. At the departure day the shuttle will be at 12 am, back to the train station Bad Endorf. 

Conditions of Participation

• For cancellations up to 30^th November 2017 there will be a refund of 50%.
• After this date no refunds will be forthcoming,
• However substitute participants may attend
• A written notice of cancellation should be supplied
• Registrations will be accepted in the same order as the receipt of payment
• You will not receive a confirmation for your registration only when you request it.
